Who can discuss Satanism without bringing up the name of Anton Lavey? His instrumental role in the development of Satanism has hardly ever been questioned, (well, except for a few people, but that shall be looked at with greater scrutiny coming up.)

We are here to take a closer look at the critics of Anton Lavey, what they say, and then compare that to what the facts are. By utilizing this, we can probably discover several things that the general public is unaware of. I'm not a Lavey lackey, but I do give the Devil credit where credit is due. Lavey was the instrumental leader of Satanism, and anyone who says different is either naive, (as we shall see), or simply trying to get people to follow their cause. Further, I talk about his "dark side", so to speak, the side of him that people tend to ignore. I think that in order to truly admire someone, you have to accept the good, the bad, and the ugly. So many people want to harp on just the bad, or just the good. That's not what makes a human being, and anyone that thinks that has a very limited capacity in understanding how the Universe, and human nature, work.
